Elizabeth Horrigan, M.D.
After growing up on the east coast and attending college in Florida, Dr. Horrigan attended medical school at the University of Toledo College of Medicine, formerly Medical College of Ohio in Toledo. Her family practice residency training was also completed in Toledo, and she has been living and practicing in Bowling Green since 1999. Dr. Horrigan is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, and in 2004 received her fellowship degree from the American Academy of Family Physicians. She especially enjoys caring for young families and providing well-adult and well-child care, as well as performing office procedures such as minor skin lesion removal and cryosurgery. Training medical students and residents from the University of Toledo has been a commitment of Dr. Horrigan's since she completed her training.
Dr. Horrigan and her husband keep busy with their four young children who attend public school in Bowling Green and who enjoy sports such as basketball, baseball and gymnastics.
Sean Machanda, M.D.

Bowling Green Family Physicians welcomed Dr. Sean Machanda to our staff of care providers in 2009. Dr. Machanda came to us from the Cleveland area, where he had been practicing as Associate Medical Director of Neighborhood Family Practice for several years. Dr. Machanda received his undergraduate degree from Duke University and his medical degree from the University of Western Ontario School of Medicine. He completed a residency in family medicine at MetroHealth Medical Center in 2004 and is board-certified in family medicine.
Dr. Machanda’s family includes his wife, Katie, also a physician, and their three young children. He enjoys photography, reading and rollerblading. He cares for patients of all ages and speaks some French and Spanish.
Dr Kiba D.O.
We are pleased to announce the addition of Deanne Kiba, D.O. to Bowling Green Family Physicians. Dr. Kiba is a family physician who treats people of all ages with an emphasis on women's health, aesthetic medicine and functional medicine, as well as preventative health care.
A native of Shelby Township, Michigan, Dr. Kiba received her undergraduate degree with a combined major in biology and physiology at Eastern Michigan University. Dr. Kiba attended medical school at the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She did her postdoctoral training at Affinity Medical Center in Massillon, Ohio. Dr. Kiba has received additional training in aesthetic medicine and anti-aging and regenerative medicine. She has been in practice for the past three years in Orrville, Ohio.
A competitive swimmer during her undergraduate years, Dr. Kiba enjoys sports and exercise, traveling and outdoor activities. She and her husband Josh are looking forward to being part of the Bowling Green community.
